The 19th Edition of DDSS aims to ensure quality gathering and knowledge to its attendees, to make it happen we will need you to Fill out the following particulars. Your responses will then be used to mature the agenda, as well as corresponding your needs to our supplier's services.

We’re committed to providing the best possible experience for all participants and ensuring the summit runs smoothly. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and last-minute changes can impact the event for everyone involved. To help us manage these situations thoughtfully, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines:
Teamwork & Communication: Attendees are encouraged to stay in regular contact and collaborate closely with organizers for continuous coordination.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to withdraw, we would like to ask you to notify us at least 45 days before the event to help us adjust arrangements.
Replacement Option: In case of cancellation, providing a suitable replacement attendee is greatly appreciated.
Cancellation Fee: If a replacement isn’t possible, a fee of $450 will apply to cover administrative costs.
Schedule Updates: Any changes to the event schedule will be shared promptly via email or official written notice.
Resolving Concerns: Should any issues arise, we’re happy to work together to find a fair and amicable solution.
